For beams, channels, angles, plates, pipes, flats and TMT bars, the dispatch team needs size, length, quantity, bundle expectations and unloading limitations. Long sections, mixed BOQs and heavy plates may require special loading sequence, vehicle selection and additional site readiness checks.
Delivery planning also depends on the commercial route. 2. What happens if there is a weight variation?
Billing is always done on the actual weight recorded at the weighbridge slip attached to the E-Way bill. Minor transit variations (usually under 0.5%) are standard, but any major discrepancies should be reported before unloading the truck.
3. Do you supply cut-to-length materials?
Primary structural members (Beams, Channels) are generally supplied in standard lengths (10-12 meters). For specific cut-to-length requirements, please inform our sales desk prior to quoting, as it requires special yard coordination.
