Most project supply begins with a BOQ, drawing schedule or section-wise material list. RLG Ispat reviews product type, size, grade, quantity, standard length, delivery location and document needs before discussing rates. This matters because a project may require beams, plates, channels, TMT, purlins, pipes and miscellaneous fabrication material in the same dispatch plan.
For industrial sheds and infrastructure packages, material should be grouped by unloading sequence. Heavy beams and plates may need different handling from TMT bundles, roofing sheets or light channels. A clear loading plan reduces site confusion and helps the receiving team compare invoice lines with actual material before fabrication starts.
Project buyers should confirm whether rates are ex-yard, delivered to transporter or delivered to site. GST, e-way bill, weighment support, MTC or TC availability, unloading responsibility and rate validity should be written into the quotation so internal approval, accounts processing and site receipt all follow the same commercial basis.
For repeat project supply, we can also discuss phased delivery, urgent balance quantities and alternate section sizes where the engineering team allows substitution. This helps buyers keep fabrication moving even when one size is delayed, while still maintaining grade, document and billing clarity.
RLG Ispat also helps buyers separate immediate stock requirements from planned procurement. This is useful when a project needs some material for urgent fabrication and the balance after drawing approval, site readiness or client inspection. A staged plan gives the buyer better control over cash flow, vehicle placement and document collection.
Better planning means fewer surprises between quotation, loading and site receipt.
For large sites, project teams should nominate one commercial contact and one receiving contact before dispatch. This helps the sales desk handle purchase order updates while the logistics desk coordinates vehicle entry, unloading timing, weighment records and material receipt without mixing responsibilities across too many people.
